Payment Policy: Countryside Virtual Office Support generally works on a bi-weekly basis with workweeks that run from Sunday to Saturday (the office is closed most weekends). Invoices are issued bi-weekly and payment is expected no later than seven (7) days after the invoice has been sent, either by email or mail when requested. A 10% late fee, of the total invoice, will be added to all invoices paid later than seven (7) days after an invoice is issued. 

Refund Policy: All work completed by Countryside Virtual Office Support is contract based, either verbally or written, mutual understanding of expectations is agreed upon prior to the start of work. No refund for time worked and projects worked on is available. 

The aforementioned policies apply to all past, present and future clients of Countryside Virtual Office Support.
